Villa in Marbella in progress II
An update on our luxury villa: the structure is complete and work continues on partitions, waterproofing and insulation.
The villa moves forward. With the structure now complete, the site has entered the phase where the architecture starts to feel like a home: partition walls defining the rooms, waterproofing protecting the envelope, and insulation preparing the house for the Costa del Sol climate.
Each of these layers is invisible in the finished project, yet decisive for comfort and durability. We will keep sharing the progress as the finishes begin.
