Project Zero is an initiative for designing projects without financial gain.
Serrano Font and its founder Juan Antonio Serrano run a socially-driven programme called Project Zero. The initiative creates architectural designs at no cost, working through partnerships with non-governmental organisations and municipal administrations to make community projects a reality on a local and global scale.
The studio combines modern approaches to design, materials and construction techniques to adapt each solution to the circumstances and resources available in each community. Projects serve disadvantaged populations and are completed altruistically, guided by a vocation for public service.
